Manwar Singh has done M.A. in Political Science from Delhi University and MBA in HRM from Pondicherry University. He has also obtained Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism (PGDJ) from Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan New Delhi, PG Diploma in Training and Development (PG DIP-TD) – Indian Society for Training & Development, New Delhi, Certificate in Human Resource & Talent Management Consulting (CPHRTMC) from Consultancy Development Centre (CDC), an autonomous institution of DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology Govt. of India and Diploma in French Language  from Jawahar Lal Nehru Academy of Languages, BVB, New Delhi. He has more than 24 years’ experience in HRD and Training & Development. He has presented research papers and participated in national and international conferences and workshops including FDP at Ealing Hammersmith & West London College in London (UK) and visited Oxford University, Oxford (UK) under Faculty Enrichment Program. He has written many articles, research papers in national and international journals. He has also prepared study material for various institutions and written books on varied subjects. He has dealt with the Accreditation and Benchmarking related assignments with AICTE, NBA, NAAC, AIU and other Govt. Agencies. His areas of expertise include Training & Development, HRD, Soft-skills & Communication Skills, Personality Development, Business Communication and Behavioural Training. In the past, he has conducted MDPs/EDPs/FDPs for corporate as well as academic institutions. He has also been the programme director of T&D programmes and member of organizing committees of national and international level summits, seminars and conferences during his full-time tenure as a faculty member of PG level academic institutions. He is ACE qualified approved assessor for Soft Skills from DGET (MoSDE), GoI under the Modular Employability Skills (MES). He has also been empanelled in the list of Guest/Visiting Faculty of various academic and training institutions such as Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) New Delhi, Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM) New Delhi, Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) and other Management and Technical Institutions in Delhi NCR. He is life member and has professional affiliations with Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), All India Management Association (AIMA), Delhi Management Association (DMA), National HRD Network (NHRDN) and National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM).
