Bikash Kumar Naik is an accomplished IT professional with a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from KIIT University, Odisha. With over 13 years of hands-on experience, he has built a robust career in the domain of IT project management and e-Governance, contributing significantly to the planning, execution, and delivery of several key government and public sector initiatives across India.
His professional journey includes successful involvement in prominent projects such as the Odisha State Wide Area Network, aimed at enhancing connectivity and communication infrastructure across the state. He also played a critical role in the e-District Project under the Government of Uttarakhand, where he was stationed in Uttarkashi, facilitating the digital transformation of citizen services at the district level.
Bikash has also led the implementation of the Access Control System at Deendayal Port Trust, Gujarat, strengthening the security infrastructure of one of India’s major ports. Additionally, he contributed to the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) project for the Food Corporation of India, helping streamline and digitize workforce administration in one of the country’s largest public sector undertakings.
Currently, he serves as a Project Manager at the Dr. R.S. Tolia Uttarakhand Academy of Administration, where he continues to apply his expertise in managing IT and e-governance related projects, driving efficiency and innovation in public administration.
