About 15 years of experience of Working in Uttarakhand health and family welfare department (NHM) as a public health professionals in Nainital, Tehri Garhwal and State NHM office Dehradun as a consultant, with a strong expertise in program planning, Implementation, monitoring and evaluation with a focus on Urban and Rural health system strengthening, capacity building and community empowerment.

Also having an expertise of urban and rural livelihood projects for on and off farm micro enterprise development and management, Project on micro enterprise development , market survey and assessment, feasibility study, business planning, capacity building support to beneficiaries and NGOs Staff, involved at grass root level with the following expertise:-
