Dr. Deepa Mehra Rawat
She is Ph.D in political science from Kumoun University Nainital on the subject of Election Politices and Voting Behaviour in Uttarakhand (A study of Assembly Election 2002). She has start her career with Secondary Education as Assistant Teacher, Lecturer (political science). she served 11 years as teacher's trainer at District Institute of Education and Training, Nainital. After that in 2021 she has join higher education as Assistant Professor (Political Science). In present she is Assistant Director (Behavioural Science), Dr.R.S.Tolia Uttarakhand Academy of Administration, Nainital. Her Areas of interest are culture of Uttarakhand, women empowerment, Gender, Enviromental and political issues.

Dr. Raghunandan Singh Tolia Uttarakhand Academy of Administration UAoA (Uttarakhand Academy of Administration) originally established as Officers' Training School (O.T.S.) at Allahabad in 1951, was shifted to Nainital in 1971. In 1974 the institution was renamed as Administrative Training Institute (A.T.I.) and in 1988 it was raised to the status of Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration (UPAA). In the year 2000, after creation of Uttaranchal as a separate state, the academy was named as Uttaranchal Academy of Administration (UAoA). Now Academy is known as Dr. Raghunandan Singh Tolia Uttarakhand Academy of Administration (DRTSUAoA).
